Elysium Collective was engaged to complete urgent ceiling rectification works at a Commercial Retailer in Double Bay.
The works were required following impact damage caused by a forklift, which compromised both the 
ceiling structure and the building’s fire-rated integrity.

The scope included the repair and reinstatement of a fire-rated plasterboard ceiling system, ensuring the affected area was restored in accordance with fire compliance requirements. Our team carefully removed damaged materials, reinstated the fire-rated system using compliant materials and methods, and finished 
the area to seamlessly integrate with the existing ceiling. The project was completed efficiently to minimise disruption to store operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and long-term performance.
