This project involved repairing and reinstating a fire-rated ceiling in a residential strata property, completed for Netstrata. While the job seemed straightforward, the high, hard-to-access location and safety requirements demanded careful planning and specialist execution.

The works were carried out in an occupied apartment, so our team installed full flooring protection and isolated the work zone, allowing the resident to live and work safely during the process.

To minimise disruption, Elysium Collective completed the project in a single day—normally a two-day job—using specialised drying methods and efficient trade sequencing. The repair was delivered safely, professionally, and on time, without compromising quality or compliance.
