Elysium Collective was engaged to deliver a comprehensive commercial maintenance refresh for a Commercial Property, completed on behalf of Lakiss Facilities Management. The scope of works focused on improving both street presence and internal presentation while minimising disruption to daily trade.

External works included repainting the storefront and the installation of a new garden bed to enhance curb appeal. Internally, our team completed patching and refreshed paintwork throughout the store, ensuring
a clean, consistent finish across high-traffic areas.
The project was delivered efficiently and to a high standard, reinforcing a well-maintained and welcoming retail environment.
