Our team was engaged to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment across a premium commercial office tower at 200 George Street Sydney, spanning 35 levels of high-end workspace.

Our team carried out extensive patching, painting, and drywall repairs throughout multiple tenancies and common areas, addressing general wear and tear while ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish across all levels. Works also included the repair and reinstatement of damaged ceiling grid systems and wall surfaces, requiring careful coordination to seamlessly integrate with existing structures.

A key feature of the project was the detailed painting of a central staircase, alongside the installation of custom 3D signage for the building’s logo, enhancing its architectural presence.
